Anyone believe all the stuff about that?
I can't see it being true, for a start if a Planet was that close, we would be able to see it.....

Okay essentially, IIRC, Crazy nut lady (Whom talks to aliens) See's, in a vision, a planet/Very large asteroid hit earth. We die. And shes changed the Predicted impact date Twice now i believe. Its currently set foe 2012 (oooooooooooooo!)

Hmm...I see nothing wrong with setting up all our disasters to occur by 2012.

Way I figure it, they will all cancel each other out and we'll have a nice picnic watching the near death of our wurld.

2 asteriods collide with the moon, thus wrecking tidal patterns, thus ending the world :p

I got a friend whose full first name is Gabriel, and he's turning 18 the day the world's supposed to end. He denies being the archangel, but you never know...

Oh, and there are plenty of things swirling around in space that could easily end life as we know it. The number of scientists currently working to predict/stop this would be barely enough to staff a skeleton crew at McD's. I doubt a planet would hit us, as planets are usually large celestial bodies that are in orbit (traditionally with other ones) around a fixed-ish point, so technically, a planet shouldn't hit us. An astroid, maybe.

My thinking is, if a planet 3-4 times the size of the earth is going to smack into us in a year, wouldnt we have seen it by now? I mean, thats a big ball in space, and a year out isnt THAT far away in this solar system.
