I have been looking at these two armies for a while and then it came to me that looking at those two boxes the pricing is so diffrent for more or less the same content. the Dark eldar kabalite warriors box vs. Eldar dire avengers box. Do you guys think they will pop the price up on the dark eldar or eventually lower the eldar? It just does not make any sense to me other than pushing out alot of DE models. what do you guys think?

GW prices never go down; only up.

If/when they redo the Dire Avengers, they may put them at the same price as the Kabalite Warriors for new models. More than likely Eldar Guardians will be at 25 for ten, but you won't get a weapons platform: you will need to buy that separately. On the upside, if they remake that box, it will probably come with parts for regular guardians AND storm guardians. Dire Avengers are great models now anyway, and will probably stay the same.

For whatever reason, Dark Eldar were pretty much 1 price bracket below existing equivalent box sets across the board. Wyches and Warriors box sets are both cheaper than Dire Avenger/Tactical Squad etc and Raiders are cheaper than Wave Serpents and Ravagers are cheaper than Prisms. This may have been a marketing decision to try and make the reboot of Dark Eldar more attractive to existing players.

Other than that though GW prices steadily go up and never down. However its usually an across the board increase rather than specific kits becoming more expensive, so I don't expect to see the Dark Eldar kits brought up to the same prices as everything else.

That really doesn't make much sense on GW's behalf, why would these box sets be so much cheaper than other existing equivilents? Did they expect to have a higher profit margin from DE than anything else?

The whole range (well almost) being under 35 US dollars was a big selling point when I picked up my DE army. For a while I was buying a new kit every week.
