haha ok So i was looking at the inside of the front cover of the necron codex and I noticed the destroyer flying in the air. they didn't fully edit out his flying base!
you can see where it cuts off! and not only that they copy pasted the same picture like 3 times!!!! hahaha I don't know why but I find that so funny.
I wonder if they made a mistake like that on any other codex. did you guys know about this or have you seen any other mistakes?

Dunno about photoshop, but their photographer sucks. Alot of the models I think are ugly on the website are actually very beautiful in person. Whoever shot those photos took them at the worst possible angle.

Keep in mind the Necron Codex is...old. Very old. Two and a half editions old. I've had enough time to go through half of high school, get my bachelors degree, get my masters degree, and much more since the Necron book came out, and it's you can add probably another year on top of that since all that photography on the inside cover was done.
The hobby, and GW's offerings, are much different now than they used to be.

The old imperial guard codex had some photoshop foibles in it.
For example, they showed the Cadian 8th regiment in the form of miniatures. The point was to show how impressive a HUGE guard infantry army looks in real life. They would have been successful were it not painfully obvious that they painted MAYBE 30 models and then copy+pasted it a few hundred times.

The Planetstrike book has some funny tyranid ones. They shoop groups of models at a time and there are half nids all over the place. One is halfway through a bastion!

Apoc Datasheets. They're not even trying in some cases (I remember one Datasheet basically had the same model C+P'd over 20-30 times).
