Can a big Mek with a KFF , ride in a stompa and provide it the effects of the KFF like it could if it was in a normal vehicle??

I would say yes.
It's a friendly unit within 6". Besides, SD ignores cover so my Shadowsword says "Go big with that."

Yep, and anyone within 12" of the stompa as well.
Same as when your mek rides in a battlewagon. There's also a stompa with KFF datasheet.

He sure can. He can also just flood the field with walkers that gain cover from the stompa and just stop everything you got into orky bitz.

This is apocalypse, where big blast ignores cover is quite common.
