Right, the mini of the month competition for February 2011 is on!
The theme for this month is leaders. HQ's, sergeants, whatever, as long as it can lead a squad it's viable to enter.
Feel free to post any submissions here, but if they want it to be submitted, it needs to be P.M'd to me. You do not need to make a new mini specifically for this, you are allowed to use an existing one. One entry per user max, please.
The deadline for entries is February 25th (giving myself a few days to judge) at 10pm EST, 7pm PST (3am on the 26th for those in the UK).
The winner (judged by me) will recieve kudos and praise, and a thread dedicated to the mini.

Of course. As long it's a leader-type unit, you can use any minis you want.

Sadly, due to a hectic work schedule and the weather not getting along with said schedule, I was not able to get home in time to photograph the mini I wanted to enter.
