I wanna createan Ork called the Bugg Killa....much like in the movie AVP i want his weapons and armor to be pieces from nids.........but in all honesty i have no nids....never played them and not sure what to use.............this is where you Nid players can help me........what should i use

The Head Plates and the Extended Carapace bits from Warrior should be about the right size for Ork armor. The Trygon has plenty of Spikes you could stick on.

A set of genestealers comes WITH a severed head, and a couple of shoulderplates as well. A good couple of sharp bitz, but no pointy bitz.
If you're good with a Model knife, then a GeneStealer set, or a Warrior set should be perfect. Slap some greenstuff, and some plastic-card on that bad boy for fillers, and it'll look awesome.

Also, fashion him a knife from a nid claw, probably a hormagaunt

Warrior heads might be good for shoulder or back armor, just have to clip the head part off from underneath the carapace plate.

GW also has a few nid sprues that have some weapons on them available individually, check out the bitz section on the website

Any local nid player should have piles of spare nid heads and armour plates that they'd be happy to give/sell you. Nid torsoes would also be good, if you don't mind razor-sawing the armour parts off the rest.

Try taking a hormogaunt claw and cut of the blade from a boys knife set and replace with claw. That might look cool.

I'd be tempted to put a bunch of hormogaunt claws into some sort of pipe and make a blunderbuss imagin having all those bits blasted at you like dozens of arrows! ummm how strong is your green stuff-fu? because green stuffing nid plates onto orks might not be to hard?

Use scything talons from Gaunts or Warriors as knives for the Ork, give him armor made from extended carapace bits.
