Boyz for sure. As a guy who has used 4-5 of these 12-man trukker boyz with PK/BP Nob leaders, they will make their mark. Then again I've not run into mass anti-armour spam and Str4 guns really does ruin your day

Some say meganobz would do well providing you take 3 with various gunz and use that as a missile of sorts. I'm not oen for that but YMMV.

Its called a MANz missile. Ive used it a few times. It can work. But it becomes a fire magnet, so unless you hide that trukk well, your MANz are walking

OT - Slugga boyz with PK nob as stated above. Keep them together, get them under a KFF and try as hard as possible to strike the same spot of your enemy line as possible.

The real advantage of the manz missile is its 60 points of manz in a 30 point truck. So a 90 point squad can draw a lot of firepower, not that bad of a deal if its in kff range of a big mek because 11 boys + pklaw nob in a truk costs a lot more than 3 manz.

Chaos isn’t a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail, and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some are given a chance to climb, but refuse. They cling to the realm, or love, or the gods…illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is, but they’ll never know this. Not until it’s too late.

Its 120-130 points of manz, in a 35 point trukk. But 155 points for a unit that scares most things is pretty decent.

Also, 11 boyz + PK nob is 142 without common upgrades like the ram and bosspole.

So they cost about the same. The real issue is the boyz don't really do much other than give up many casualties in CC, and maybe kill a couple of guys. The Manz can hunt nearly anything (stay away from S8 and PWs if possible...), since they are CC lascannons.

So, 4 PK attacks on the charge, or 12? There is a reason why I don't run many boyz anymore.

As for the OPs question, burna boyz can't take trukks, and having them steal a boyz truk is not a good idea for many reasons. Regular nobs either cost too many points to put them in a cardboard box, are aren't actually good enough to waste a slot on. They aren't much better than boyz unless you spend points on them, then they end up costing more than Manz. So you need to give them enough upgrades to be better than manz, which puts them around 200-400 point unit, which means they should be in wagon.

Also there is the issue of the FOC chart, are the MANz or Nobz troop choices? What other elites are you running, what is the rest of the list going to do? There is a big issue with orks and the elite slot, there are too many good units in it, and what choices you make effect your HQ, HS, and what your army theme is going to be. In fact my personal opinion an ork list starts in its elite slots. The rest either supports the elites, or are just filler.

CC lascannons Im keeping that one

But yea, MANz are the cheapest PK platform in the dex, and krump many things with ease. Ive done it alot. Anytime I take a MEgaboss his "boyz" are mega nobs, and they just kick ass
