As the subject says, i'm starting a chaos renegade army and am torn between two ideas.
Ignoring all fluff and painting difficulty, which do you think will look better?
Crimson fists with nurgle mutations or imperial fists with nurgle mutations

I'm not going to get into fluff, but i don't like how chaos marines look and would rather use regular marines.

I think that would depend on whether you are going to use green or not?

Aesthetically, I think the yellow would go better, you could 'mucky it up' more effectively than the darker blue of the Crimson Fists, and blend it into the nurgle mutations nicely.

Consider using a similar or successor chapter so you don't butcher the fluff. Color wise, do you know how to paint yellow? If so go for that.
