Ok--Stormraven can take two units. One unit is 12 death company, the other a dreadnought. Stormraven explodes. RAW: pg 67: The unit suffers anumber of str 4 ap- hits equal to the number of models embarked, treated just like hits from shooting--

So, with two units, does each unit take the number of hits from models embarked? Or does each model take one hit?

Where is the hit resolved on a dreadnought? Front, side or rear armor?

If you'll check the stormraven entry, you will see that the dread has it's own rules for how many hits, etc it takes.................

Dread takes a hit on its rear armor, as to how many the page should say, I believe 1 but could be wrong.

Take a look at the codex entry for it, its very clearly spelled out in there how many and where the dread takes the hit.
