Deathwing Terminator with Assault Cannon

Okay ladies and gentlement I have a challenge for you
Make the Cheapest list(pointwise) you can using all slots in the FOC.
There are some stipulations; all units must be at max size i.e. Tac squads must have 10 marines, Leman Russes must have 3 tanks per squadron etc, you get the idea, and NO apocalypse units/formations
at a later point I may start a new thread that is for the most pricey list.
also Include total point cost(dont need individual unit cost)
EDIT I mean standard FOC so 2hq 3 elite 6 troops 3 fast and 3 heavy support Transports are not required
EDIT 2 Fixing some stuff grammarically

1. They fall outside of the FOC. They are taken in alongside your HQ choice.
2. All (I have never seen otherwise) are a "you may..." choice. So they are not required.
