Ask and ye shall recieve.

Firstly, the spider is big. The base is 100x150, and swallows up a deffdread. Holds a landraider nicely.

....and lo!.....The Age of Sigmar came to an end when Saint Veetock and his hamster legions smote the false Sigmar and destroyed the bubbleverse and lead the true believers back to the Old World.

Soooooooooooo awesome! And man... that base is BIG! Can't wait to see what else GW comes up with to put on something that size now that it's in their "repertoire"

I'm thinking this wouldn't be the worst thing to start from if you were building any of the big Tyranid Beasties.

Probably not, but it won't stop people from trying! I thought the idea of a spider tyranid army, with these as tervigons and the little goblin spider-rider spiders for gaunts was pretty sweet

Well that base justifies the cost of the spider then. I thought it would be more on par with the size of a rhino or chimera, but not a raider!

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

Nice!

And that pic with the spider base and the deff dread an land raider really does show how amazingly big it is. I want to get a time machine, put one of the spiders in, and let it duke it out with a land raider!

Also, does anyone know if the spider will be available as a mount for characters?

Think of the pranks you could pull by painting that thing up and NOT glueing to a base...
