Her clothes look good and the hair isn't bad either. As for the face, I think more contrast in the eyes, and less in the lips might yield better results.

I also think the sword might benefit from looking less metallic - the clothes look almost like pastel colours, and I think getting a similar effect on the the sword would look good. I've found that mixing metallics with non-metallics can give you a "less metallic" colour that looks less out of place - try adding white or grey.

All that aside, the base looks lovely and the piece as a whole is good. Well done.
