As the title suggests, I am curious what miniature games are played at your FLGS. At mine the games are predominantly Warhammer 40k, Warmachine, and Flames of War. The only other game I have scene played was Warhammer Fantasy, and that was only with the new edition, died off right afterwards. I was mainly curious if Flames of War is played as heavily at other game stores, since I have not seen to much mention of it on this site, and also what other games are played.

Not a lot.

I don't have one.

My town only has a GW and a couple of generic boardgame selling stores - and the GW isn't big enough to skin* a cat in.

*Yes, I'm aware the phrase is "to swing a cat" - but skinning requires much less room - and this store is THAT small.
I've been in bedsits that were larger.

My FLGS has 40k ( ), World of Warcraft ( ), and Magic the Gathering (HERESY!) for the most part. My town is too small to support a dedicated wargaming store.

At my FLGS, the three main-stays are 40k, Fantasy, and Flames of War. Each has a more or less dedicated night, and a solid group of players (with some overlap). Also played fairly regularly is Black Powder, Command Decision, Firestorm Armada, Dystopian Wars, both the land and sea flavors of the Axis & Allies CMG, and War Machine. Don't really see many CCG players, although there are a couple out there.

We have/had Fantasy, 40K, Flames of War, Magic: the Gathering, WoW, D&D and regular board games. However, after some local shenanigans and players getting fed up with the store owner, almost all of the warhammer players quit going and quit giving the store their business. Failure to stock more than 10 boxes of warhammer models saying it "wasn't making money" after they bought models on new release day and never restocking...yeah. Right. Mostly Magic now-the store caters to the card players-it's a joke really.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Due to work, I can usually only ship any sales or trades out on Saturday morning. Please trade/purchase with this in mind.

Every Saturday there's a tournament of some sort. At least once a month there's a game of WHFB, a game of 40k and one of Warmachine/Hordes. They also do some Magic: The Gathering, Flames of War and occasional Heroclix and various board games.

There might be a new one opening in my area - just heard the rumours.

If that happens, it will be within 2 blocks of GW, and will be playing anything/everything they stock on different nights/days.
From Tragic: the wallet draining, to FoW, Malifaux, infinity and 40k, FoW and WHFB, FoW and clix.

I wish some of the less known games were also played at my store, I wanted to try out Firestorm Armada, but like I said here they only play Warhammer 40k, Warmachine, and Flames of War.

At my FLGS, it's that way with Warmachine, they only have a very small stock of it and rarely re-stock. It is the opposite with the Warhammer and Flames of War, they always have good amounts of them in stock. A lot of people who play Warhammer 40k there also play Warmachine, even though they barely stock it. I guess I'm lucky my store is mainly a wargaming store and I do not have to deal with the card games competing for shelf space.

The FLGS in MA I game at has tons of games, ranging from table top, to board games, to mini's, to Role Playing, CCG's, and video games.

The FLGS in NJ I game at has just about all the games I see from the MA store, but with less board games.

Both are great places to hangout and game though!

My FLGS has 40k, occasionally has Fantasy, and some Magic the Gathering. There's also a couple grognards who play Axis and Allies minaitures, a few groups of role playing game folks, and unfortunately, a huge, loud, and obnoxious group of Naruto card game players.

Lots of Fantasy and Warmachine and CCGs, a decent bit of 40k and Monsterpocalypse, the occasional game of Infinity, Alkemy, Warhammer Ancients, Firestorm Armada, Flames of War, Battletech... and there's an on-again-off-again D&D group playing some Saturdays. Every so often we'll even bring in Battlestar Galactica.

A local FLGS near me is just now starting to have regular games of GW games, but have been selling GW products for a while. It's really more of an all-purpose modeling store. Another one farther away has 40k, Warmahordes, and D&D.

Our FLGS has magic the (money) gathering, 40k, mechwarrior, Dungeons and dragons 4th ed and pathfinder, a metric ton of board games, and a few other card games. It's also primarily a comic store, go figure?

Well, to be fair most of the Firestorm Armada action has been driven by me; I own two fleets, and have given a number of demo games over the last 6 months. A few people have even picked up the game!

Outside of my club members, I've seen 40k, FoW, Warmachine, WH, Heroclix, Monsterpocaplypse. At the FLGS, my club plays Song of Blades and Heroes, Wastelands, Full Thrust and Flying Lead.

There's probably others as well, but we're only usually there on Tuesday nights.

Outside of minatures games, there's a multitude of boardgames, CCG's and RPGS. It's a pretty active place.

Our group at the store all have some form of either Warhammer 40k or FB, and if they don't it's because they play warmachine/hordes. Nothing else really seems to take off.

Writing internet fiction is kind of like throwing out messages in bottles into a churning sea composed entirely of messages in bottles, the chances of of your message getting noticed and someone being sent out to rescue you is punishingly slim. But every once in a blue moon, someone who owns a big boat made of money finds your message and agrees to let you ride on his big boat made of money as long as you keep making messages for him.

Because Matt Ward didn't write our Codex. Otherwise we would have had Scything Tyrants with Scything Nidfists that can re-roll re-rolls and that can have a bodyguard of 10 Scything Guards and a Scything Prime that could ride in a Scything Pod. Or something to that effect.

Two main local stores.

Game Castle: 40k, some Warhammer, Warmahordes, and Mordheim. Also some Flames of War, Magic: tG, a bit of RPGing, Battletech, a little Malifaux, some assorted boardgames, and a group of classic historicals wargamers who rotate through all sorts of different games, and play all painted. Gotta respect their dedication.

Myriad Games: Craploads of boardgames, Warmahordes, some MtG, and a rotating set of miniatures games; lately lots of Dystopian Wars and a bit of Mechwarrior and Monsterpocalypse, and in the recent past also Firestorm Armada, Uncharted Seas, some Warhammer, Gutshot, Malifaux, and even a little Infinity.
