Not my kind of eldar army, but looks well thought out. I would drop the second farseer for an Avatar. Realistically, Eldrad has enough powers to help the really critical units each turn. And the avatar gives you another tactical option - a tough close combat unit.

Given your objective how on earth do you intend to fullfill it with this army?
Also given that your enemy is Nids which have immense anti-infantry prowess and limited AT why aren't you mech'd up?
Seize ground in the best game for Eldar and you should be unbeatable at it with a decent list.
Just take as many skimmers as you can with 5 DAs in them. Start in reserve avoid combat and tank shock all the objectives on turns 5,6 and 7 as necessary. The Nid player should have literally no way to win.

How are you going to do that with a footdar list?
Holding ground is not something the eldar do well particularly not against Nids. You need to mech up and avoid any sort of fighting. THat is what Eldar are good at.

This list has a seal of approval from me, with one minor tweak. Drop the pathfinders (yes they are that terrible) and grab another unit of guardians. Give all the guardians warlocks with embolden. Fill in Harlies with the remainder of points.

I like the original list as well. If you are going to avoid fighting you are making your opponent fight 1500 on 3000 not good odds. I would consider swapping the pathfinders for some small jet bike units if you have them.
The second farseer is probably overkill as stated earlier but could provide some backup. I wouldn't mind seeing an avatar instead of him.

At this point I put the avatar with inspiring instead of Farseer
increase the harlequins
but the funny thing is that the Pathfinders will use my ally Tecnomarine (thunderfire) with the rule "bolster Defences"

your first list should be fine against Tyranids and Dark Eldar. Neither of them enjoy massed s6 firepower. I'd take the first list against them. as long as you don't fight IG or land raider SM with that list you should be ok. In any event, if your ally can handle heavy vehicles, you'll mulch through troops, light vehicles, and MCs real good. Also, do be careful of outflanking and ymgral stealers. It may be best to set up in a way as to avoid multi charges. EDIT: You cannot improve your save past 2+, so bolster defenses does nothing for pathfinders...

As others have said the Pathfinder will be a serious waste of points in a match against Nids. They can not move and shoot so they will quickly be overwhelmed along with the chance that a single Ymgral unit will eat that 200+ points. Also, their shooting is rather lackluster vs Nids due the failtastic 4+ to wound on sniper rifle rules. For the points you are better off using your scatter lasers on the monsterous creatures.
Bolster Defenses does nothing for a Pathfinder unit, since they will already have a 2+ cover save from any 4+ they receive.

I played a game with 20 pathfinders vs a nid army that was very big nid heavy and the pathfinders wrecked the big nids day due to rending. But vs a horde they are useless.

Some very nice synergy there with your ally, you guys should fair well. I would take the speeders honestly.
The key for you guys will rely heavily on dodging outflanks, Ymgarl, and downing CC transports before they get to you. If facing DE make sure that you get those walkers in cover but deploy them out. You need those scatter shots into any DE transport they see asap.

The Guardian change would be a VERY bad idea. Storms are extremely short ranged and suck at CC, so you are proposing to march your T3 S3 guardians toward Nids and DE... two of the best CC armies in the game...
Avatar isn't a bad idea, I honestly would drop the Troupe Master. Troupe master is only really bringing +1 attack and Ldr 9 to the table which isn't an issue with fearless. The power weapon really isn't needed since you'll be facing low tough/low armor, or high tough/high armor.
In response to now having fearless upgrade 2 of the Guardian packs to conceal, keep one with Embolden though for Eldrad to hang out with and that will ensure he gets his powers off no matter what.

At this point it would be a matter of preference.
I value the solidity of the guardian squads with the warlock w/ power over a unit of DA on foot.
In my experience DA die far to easily on the ground for their point cost and even with PW/SS are terrible in CC.
