Any chance of a pic of the back, looks like its got a cool turbo charged engine, would be nice to see.

Kudos on the ambitious scheme, as well as the subtle orkifications (burna on cannon, trukk engine in back, grot sponson... and is that a squig hiding in that torn open hatch?)
A few things I think you could improve upon:
-details: the exhaust, the tracks, the burna and pack, etc. are all left completely flat and plain - it looks like they were just painted over then ignored. A little detailing would go a long way to making the piece look finished.
-paint consistency: it looks to me like your paint is going on a bit thick and dry, judging by the streaking and rough feathering of the edges. I'd try thinning your paints slightly with water and painting a few coats to get your coverage. The result will look much smoother and more even (especially the white - most experienced painters build up their white from a lighter basecoat in quite a few layers - my "rush job" whites take at least 3, but real quality white with a smooth finish, subtle transitions, etc. can easily take 5-7 coats).
Painting multiple coats will also allow you to define your lines gradually, which will help clean them up a bit. Sharper lines and more even color will give a much crisper camo, as well as generally improving core painting skills.
