Do you want to see a book about Mephiston's life/history?
Yes.
No.
I hate him so bad I would rather run myself over with a Lawnmower because of what he does to my army!

Ok honestly how many people would love to see a book written by, preferably, Dan Abnett about the History and story of Brother Calestarius (later Mephiston's) life.

I sure as heck would! How about you?

I don't think too many people here like Mephiston-most people would pick option 3. I see him kind of a gimmick character, only played him once, and couldn't care less about him at all. A suicide squad of combi-plasma sternguard will eat him alive (with a drop pod it means cover from tanks just isn't gonna happen). I don't think he deserves his own book

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

I voted for 3. And I play BA's.

I don't mind Mephiston - I quite like the idea that the different creation method used by the Blood Angels might have different results, and that their year-long stay in a sarcophagus might be an incomplete process. But I have no intention of ever reading a story about the guy.

I would sooner jump into a pit of scorpions (yes, the halo scorpion tanks) than read a book about Mccheese.

Let me put it like this: I didn't buy the Blood Angels codex because I love the sterling fluff.

I'd love to read about him it would be pretty cool to learn more details about how he came to be so crazy powerful.

Fluff in the novels is completely irrelevant to codexes and in-game; I love reading 40k novels, I liked the Blood Angel Omnibus, and would definitely like to read about the exploits of the only man to ever overcome the rage.

Mephistons life history is already detailed in his fluff entry in the BA codex.

He was called calistarius. He went ragey. A wall fell on him. He got 'better'.
