Dakka does not endorse downloading illegal PDFs, folks. Rather we encourage you to BUY an actual codex from your friendly local gaming store.
I searched the internet for the so called pdf/torrent and all I have come across are websites after your cash. Join now and download grey knights added 18 hours ago, 1 day ago yadida yadida. As for people claiming they have their hand on it already illegally, if you really got it congratulations. If I met you in person I would consider you a rumourmonger if you had no proof of your "precious."
My advice: before the feds trace your ip address for obtaining something you couldnt wait for throw it onto a portable drive and delete all content and internet searches from your computer. That way not only could you brag about it to your gaming buddies, the lawyers/police wouldnt be knocking on your door. Also bear in my mind: TROJAN HORSES. I wouldnt do it personally but many people would find it hilarious to post a free download of the new codex, have it be GWs pdf download and then obtain all of your password. " WTF I did not buy 7 battleforces off of Ebay!!!!!" 
On another note, around a month before sales of the codex, your local GW just might have a copy of the codex theyll let you peek into for 5 minutes, provided your a known gamer.

You google'd for a torrent and found scam links? Welcome to the internet my young adventurer, be sure to stay in the car during your visit.
If you put 'torrent' behind any reasonably popular search, many engines will pick up on that---add some nonsense behind it (100% complete, added 11 hours ago)....to get you to click a link.
