If you've seen the other Sucker Punch trailers, then this is nothing new really, but it does do the whole "fast moving battle scenes to cool soundtrack" thing quite well.

I'm thinking this will be a marmite movie. I usually abhor vast amounts of CGI, but for some reason I don't mind it so much in Zack Snyder's efforts and at the end of the day, it's got girls in skimpy outfits, samurai swords, lots of dakka and big arse robots.

I very rarely get out to the cinema and usually just end up waiting for DVD/sky movies but I'm going to see this movie if I have to mug people to make it.*

Saw a cardboard cutout-y thing at my local cinama on tuesday when I went to see True Grit. Made that day better.

sky is a satellite TV provider in the UK
sky movies are there movie canels, they usually get good movies relativly quick

What amuses me is the idea that a girl would retreat into a steampunk fantasy world.
I'm sure most girls would fantasise about something more erm... girly, like being at that Dirty Dancing summer camp or such like...

The problem is if it was a more realistic portrayal of women fantasies, it would probably have more oiled-up hunky men in it.
