I paint them skull white then drybrush them with badab black wash then do the details then I go thats awesome!

What's the purpose of drybrushing the black wash on?

Here's how i paint mine

I get my white down, then do a heavy wash of a dark brown wash. Then I go over the modle with white touch ups to make him look less dirty. Lastly I do the red and metal.

I didn't know you could drybrush a wash.
