okay i think i might have a rule suggestion but i dont know what the kind of thing sis called. I shall describe:
you take it like you might take wargear
you pay points(no hey)
it lets your army do something they wouldn't be able to
it's like tactics(do something in certain situations)

What faction?
What does it do?

any race, its a grenade 'skill'
