I know the necrons have alot of flaws from reading the forums but they seem like fun so I am putting together an army, and I would greatly appricate any input you can give.

Stick a phase-shifter on the Lord?

Throw Dfields on the scarabs?

I would use those last 30 points to exchange the scarab swarms for another unit of destroyers. If you have enough points after that a phase shifter on the lord wouldn't go amiss either, as Scary Nerd said.
