I picked up on two things... firstly, any battlewagon that has meganobs cannot have a battlewagon. And secondly, you might want to put the 40 shootas in tanks, just so that they can keep up. Other than that, it looks pretty good to me.

Nor can Nobs have a looted wagon as a dedicated transport. The Battlewagon is actually a heavy support choice.

I'd say you should drop the 'ard Boyz. The improved save does not make up for such low numbers and they do not fit in your shooty army. Use the points to get either another squad of Lootas, another trio of Killa Kans, another squad of Nobz, another Battlewagon+Killkannon or even some Flash Gitz. One caveat: I've heard that the Flash Gitz are not effective enough for the price (I haven't tried them out yet, so I couldn't say), but they are right at home in a dakka-loving Bad Moons warband.

Other than that, everything looks great. I should field a force like this myself (I'm also a fan of shooting armies).

What is your goal with this list? Its hard to critique a list if you don't know what someone is trying to do. Are you trying to make a killy list to take to tournaments? Are you trying for a themed army around Bad Moons for display and fluff? Just trying out different things for fun? What are you after?

One combi-scorcha in your MANZ would give you another group for wound-allocation.

Shock Attack guns can be big fun. It's almost a shame that KFF's are so incredibly good in 5th edition. If you're going for fun, play the SAG. If you're looking to be competitive, go for the KFF.

The Nobs should have diversified wargear, there's just no good reason not too. Start with a couple of Klaws, add a Waagh! Banner, and a Boss Pole then whatever suits your fancy.

Three transport vehicles aren't likely to get far in a 1750-point game, especially without a KFF. Consider using more transports or none.

You are pretty short on Boyz for a big list too.

Thanks for the feedback - at this point this list is pretty much fixed with limited flexibility... finances etc etc

The list is just a balanced themed Badmoons shooty list. A Waagh Banner is something I just keep forgetting to add in - but would be easy to convert.

I am taking this list to a tourney but I'm not there to be super competitive - just to have fun. I think I still have the bits for a few more Lootas which I might look into.

I don't want to try making your list competitive if you're not trying to be competitive. =D

If you just want to have fun then go ahead and get some Flash Gitz when you can afford them. They are the embodiment of dakka, especially when led by Kaptin Badrukk.

IMHO, no Bad Moons warband is complete without them.
