So I've been playing this spam at 1500 and it feels almost overpowered. It is very difficult for most opponents to get close enough to my fire base to disrupt my game plan. People don't like counter-charging beastmaster packs. DE=meching your opponent with 13 DLs is quite doable against any list I've faced so far. Now I'm not gung-ho on building this up 2000 even though it's easily done as after a half dozen games I'm already finding the list a bit repetitive to play.

Now there is nothing particularly original here. I've seen similar lists. But at 1500 this one seems to be particularly capable of messing up most armies.

What role does the venom blade on a beastmaster player?

I can allocate instant death wounds to the BMs and play a it with wound allocation if I choose to. But really I had 11 points to waste. I did not want a hexrifle on the Haemie.
