Whatever the metal's worth melted down.

A terrible model, in horrible condition, missing pieces isn't worth much.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

When people ask, "What's the point in understanding everything?" they've just disqualified themselves from using questions and should disappear in a puff of paradox. But they don't understand and just continue existing, which are also their only two strategies for life.

You sure that's actually Tigurius and not just an old Librarian model? I doubt it would really be worth much. Here's the exact librarian on eBay:

Well, the ram skull is a common Librarian motif. Tigurius has Ultramarine imagery in addition to that. Here's the old model:

I'm pretty sure that's one of the current librarian models...
He should be holding a book in his other hand.
Though i may be (and probably am wrong)

I don't believe that model is particularly new, but it isn't Tigurius. As far as I'm aware they've only made 1 model for Tigs and that came out in 2nd edition. I think that might be a 3rd or 4th edition Librarian. If it is an older Librarian from 2nd edition, then there may not be a 2nd arm, simply because for a lot of those models they had a plastic sprue with it and a regular space marine arm and pistol.

I was incorrect...
It does seem to be an older version of one of the current librarians.
