I think like the deffdred you've got a nice basecoat, but both these models and that one are crying for a nice wash to give the armour some volume.

I have to agree with Whoopty. These models really need some more work on them.

The blue of the armour looks pretty good, but the plain black just looks like you have undercoated them and are half way through painting.

If you want to paint black, please don't use plain black - you have to mix it with something. Either mix black with some blue and then shade it with black wash, or paint it grey and then use a black ink (which gives a much darker stain than a black wash), or use multiple black washes.

Pick out details such as eyes, the skull icons on the helmets, backpack vents etc and put some paint on them!

The blue is quite... blue, for Space Wolves. Regardless, I'd like to see what they look like when you're finished!

actually they were originally a light blue......washed with asurmian blue all over the model and then black in any grooves.......its hard to see look around the knee pads

do they have a higlight? i cant see it if it is...
