So i was thinking about my First Trygon and thinking about all the stuff ive watched it kill and i'm so proud of that model. Its like its lucky or something. The game i have the most pride in is when i almost tied against a veteran Mech guard player. My one trygon shook off two turns of Hydra Flak fire without taking a single wound and Claimed two Leman Russ Demolishers and A chimera before...He Got two suads of melta-Vets thrown into him and two Vendettas opened up on him...But i digress that game was fun. So i just wanna hear some other people tell stories about how one model did WAAY more then expected and just went on a rape fest one game...I assume to hear a lot of Mephiston stories hahahaha

weltis is actually two models but thanks to them i won a battle! 1 scout bike and a normal bike.I was versing some other space marines and all the did was run up and down the field striking at the scouts and termies then i used the locator beacons to summon my termies and crushed the command squad!hey for all the sh!t they got( demolisher cannon, flamers, rockets and lascannons) they did damn well. oh and i won

My last game we had to take a short intermission (other player's girlfriend called). I was in dire straights. It was turn 3 and I had 9 Necron Warriors on the board, 1 Destroyer, a Monolith, and a Nightbringer and he had a squad of 7 Plague Marines, 6 more Noise Marines, two Daemon Princes, and four Obliterators still looking at me. That's when I noticed that right next to me there was a building that we had constructed so that bottom level had no fire points and blocked LoS....with only one entrance and my Monolith was only about 3" away. Somehow every unit had wound up midfield and my C'tan was on the left side standing next to the Monolith.

I turned the Monolith, ported the Warriors so they could move right in the building and my C'tan went to work. My C'tan ate through the squad of Noise Marines, got charged by four Obliterators (killing all four before they struck), and proceeded to down the two Daemon Princes taking only two wounds. Single handedly won me the game (with a little help from a the Necron escape Monolith).

It was the last time my brother said he'd ever play me with my Nightbringer on the table without taking Lash.

She's killed heaps of stuff with the plasma pistol, from Mephiston to Battlewagons.
One of the better games was a character bash. It was her versus a fully upgraded Archon and Abaddon. She managed to avoid combat and watched as the other two fought. Fight went on for ages but when it finally finished Abaddon emerged as the winner. First thing he did was march over to her. Now he only needs to get a single attack through to kill her outright, or I can spend something like 30 points to make it two instead.

Anyway he stops just short of assaulting her, she simply lowers the plasma pistol and shoots him in the face. Not the craziest thing she's done, but it was still kind of cool.

I have a CSM Terminator Champion with Power Fist and TL-Bolter and the Mark/Banner of Tzeentch, his name is Fistius.

In one game he destroyed 3 Leman Russ Battle Tanks, 1 Vet Sniper Squad, 2 ten man Guard Squads, their Mortar Heavy Weapon Teams and a Sentinel. This was pretty much after his squad and a Sorcerer were wiped out. Granted, he had some help from the Guard, a couple times their Grenade Launchers scattered back into them and they got hit by their own Mortars.

The Snipers managed to get rending wounds on him which he shrugged off with his 4++, he managed to shrug off the Main Gun of a Shadow Sword (we did two Armies against the Guard Player). Nothing could stop him, and thanks to him what was left of my army had time to regroup and hold the line (figuratively mind you they were just engaged in other Combat). By the time the game ended due to turns Fistius, Champion of Tzeentch Guardian of Sorcerer Lord Kestrus, was on his way to help his Brothers finish their fight with the guard.

I've been wanting to right a short story about this but haven't yet gotten to it.

In another Battle against the Tyranids, Fistius once again proved his metal in combat when he and his Brothers, still loyally protecting Sorcerer Lord Kestrus deep stuck into Combat and on that turn annihilated a Gaunt Brood, then next round turned around and Slaughtered a Hive Tyrant and it's Guard, Fistius and Kestrus losing many of their fellows in this Combat. It was Fistius who got vengeance for his Emperor damned Brothers by striking the Foul Beast Down with his Power Fist.

The Tyranid player then decided that Fistious and Kestrus must die and sent for two Carnifex's to finish them off. This did not go as planned. Kestrus and Fistius valiantly engaged the beasts in combat, with Kestrus valiantly slaying with a sweep from his Force Axe, a praise to the Lord of Change on his lips. Fistius would not be so lucky this round, he engaged the beast in combat, matching it blow for blow almost killing it before the beast had him impaled upon its jaws. With silent contempt Fistius made one last attack, punching the beast in the face causing it to real backwards as Fistius' body mysteriously vanished from its maw.

Next round

Belowing with anger for the temporary loss of his favoured Guardian Kestrus struck at the beast, sundering it with his Force Axe.

The remaining Night Lord forces, along with their temporary Ork Allies then proceeded to wipe the area clean of the Tyranids.

Now Fistius is a Legend amongst my gaming group, he performs better than my Chaos Lord and Sorcerer,I have a feeling he will also preform better than the other Chaos Lord I have in production. Probably will also do better than the others I have strewn about as well.

I really should write some things about my Night Lords...

One of my Broadsides that took out my friends Chaos Terminator Lord, both Rhinos and his Dreadnaught. Also that was my first game against him and that Broadside is always the first model for him to kill.

Necron Lord gets up 6 times. Kills Captain Cortez (old Crimson Fist Hero), Marnaeus Calgar, a Dreadnaught and a handful of Terminators.

Inquisitor Lord that took down the Parasite of Montrex and over a dozen swarm bases with a Thunder Hammer and Holocaust, his entire retinue was dead for 3 turns and he still survived all on his own till the end.

C Company, Mechanized Platoon, 3rd Squad.

This squad of mech vets had their CHimera wrecked, and got out, only to get charged by a full squad of DE wyches and an Archon. Thanks to flubbed rolls by the Archon, the Veterans were able to hold the line for 2 turns before finally being wiped out.

Those two turns gave me time for the rest of my army to slag most of his, and by the time the Veterans were dead, the remaining Wyches and the Archon had two Leman Russes staring them in the face.

My Farseer, Idranel, has always done very well in things I never expect him to excel in. He's killed Terminators with his shuriken pistol, taken out Belial in hand-to-hand, survived and helped to beat off a Beserker charge, and generally been a complete bad-*ss when it comes down to getting his hands dirty. Only works for that one Farseer, though. The rest of my Farseer models are far more conventional in their in-game escapades, and just end up throwing psychic powers around madly

My favorite is the carnifex, it's what got me into 40k. My first one is my favorite.

The Humble Necron Warrior. Not any particularly painted one, but I loved the whole "Zombie-robot skeleton IN SPACE" thing. It was what got me hooked and what got me into the game.

Always seems to hit everything he rolls against. Has killed a lot of stuff. The two of them have taken on almost an entire Ork army by themselves and destroyed about 50% of it in CC. Actually, it was the game after the one the picture above was taken in

My Nurgle Daeomn Prince of my Daemon army it killed a hive tyrant a trygon in 2 full turns.

Pvt Kyle Stiener. Status: K.I.A. Pvt Stiener was engaged in action against Night Lords on Piraxius IV. His squad were killed when Warmaster Solis Harius attacked their convoy, the Chimera was destroyed killing all except for Stiener. He took Specialist Martin's ( See A72) Heavy Flamer and fired the whole tank into the face of Solis himself the damage done killed the Night Lords commander. He then grilled 4 Chaos Marines. Sadly by the time backup reached him he was found dead, a bullet had pierced the fuel tanks on his Heavy Flamer grilling him. (End)

Shas'ui Fal'shia Ko'vash Shi. Firewarrior.
No suit. No marker light. No drones.

No power weapon, no geneticly engineered glands or gifts of dark gods.

He is armed only with a pusle rifle and total faith in the Greater Good.

Thusly armed he has killed ork warboss(s) in close combat, shot to death an Obliterator, popped an Eldar raider full to the brim with drug fueled murder, and charged a dug in unit of fire warriors in ruins, and using that advantageous terrain, went on to command the field of battle and prevent the enemy from getting too close to the rest of the line.

When the tyranids learned of his superior skills, they apparently sought him out, sending an entire unit of gants for the SOLE PURPOSE of killing him. The gants killed everyone in his squad, he then killed one gant and escaped.

His squad performed the ta'lissera after the encounter with the warboss, and since the gant encounter, he has been tasked as the personal escort of Aun'el Shi'va.

His tale grows in the telling, and I have seen many armies give him a wide berth or barrall straight at him based on his reputation, with the most amusing responses from non-Tau players who assume he has a power weapon or some ubercheese psychic power or something.

Game after game, my SM Chaplain on a bike has consistently provided an example to his battle brothers of how to vanquish the enemies of the Emperor. Probably his greatest accomplishment occurred late last year. He single-handedly assaulted a unit of Chaos Terminators led by a Lord and wiped them out. Though to be fair, he killed the Terminators and the lord's demon weapon rebelled and took that model's last wound.

Company Master Arium Sarrahah of the Dark Angels 4th Company once performed a drop pod assault against the Eldar with only his command squad accompanying him, the rest of his warriors entrenched in bastions and land raiders across the plain, trying to outgun the Eldar. As he dropped, his squad was targeted by howling banshees, harlequins and an avatar of khaine. With the apothecary there to help, he butchered 4 harlequins and 6 howling banshees himself, his squad taking care of the rest for only two casualties, a veteran and the company champion. After seeing his battle brothers fall, and spurred on by the tell-tale sounds of a squad of vanguard veterans following his example and teleporting into the heart of the enemy lines. Together, they assaulted the monstrosity that was the Avatar. In combat, the avatar destroyed three veterans of the company, along with the apothecary, annihilating any chance of the recovery of lost gene-seed; before being brought low by a coupe de grace strike from the company master's Talrissian Tempest Blade! He stalked onwards, his next target the nearest fire prism grav-tank, choosing to not join the squad of veterans who instead chose to run after the pathfinders in the nearest building. This was a good move, as there was a mix-up with the coordinates of the thunderfire cannon's blast, and it took out all three of the company's finest in one fell blow, obviously guided by the chaos gods, meddling with the fate of the loyallists. Sarrahah was over the difficult terrain between him and the tank in three strides, and he bounded into assault, his strength aided by his trusty weapon. In a single blow he immobilized the tank, shoving his blade into an engine, and the tank came crashing down. As he ran on, he could hear sniper shots pinging off the wall next to him, but he ignored them and focused on getting towards the nearest cover. But, as he turned the corner of the building, out of sight of the supposed snipers (only one of whom had hit him, and it had struck his ceramite-encased shoulder) he saw another grav-tamk bearing down on him, at full speed. He grumbled 'Do I have to do everything myself?' to himself before hefting his plasma pistol and shouting 'For the Emperor!' at the top of his lungs. His bolt of plasma energy struck the cockpit of the tank, melting the glass, before it struck the pilot square in the face, and destroyed the controls. It must have struck some fuel container, as the whole tank exploded, throwing the company master off his feet! He picked himself off the floor, and removed his helmet. He was wounded, but would fight on. 'Hero?' he muttered to himself 'More like a suicide mission.' He started off towards the final tank hiding in the streets of the city. 'Stop your moaning, Arium' a voice crackled in his ear 'Get back to your men, and out of the danger' He ripped the communications device from his ear and stamped it into the dirt with his power-armoured boot. 'Hmph.' he sighed 'Get lost.' He stalked towards the next road, but forgot about the snipers above. As he realised he leapt for cover, but no shots came. 'Finally' he thought 'Someone else is doing their job.' He took a breath of sulfuric air, and started off at a run. As he ran down the wide, deserted street, he heard a faint whirring noise. Not a moment after he slowed to a jog to identify the source, a bolt of pure energy hit him square in the chest, fired from a prism cannon. Everything was black. 'Am I dead?' he murmured. 'No your not, sir.' He opened his eyes and was blinded by the bright lights of the interior of a land raider. 'We're the relief force, sir.' It made sense now. What had happened? Had we won? 'Did we capture the city?' he asked the recruit who was dressing his broken ankle.
'Erm... Not exactly, sir...' was the reply.
'What do you mean, not exactly?' he cried 'Speak, boy!'
'Well, we captured the city, but they fled to the mountains, sir. We are sending a scout force in right away.'
He jumped up and made his way to the side door, grabbing his weapons on the way. As he stepped out into the sunshine of the three glowing suns of Polvan III, the bight lights sparkled off the cracks in the dried mud that caked his usually gleaming emerald armour. He looked to the snow-capped mountains and murmured to himself 'This may be a long campaign...'

*edit* That was a captain with sicarius' rules and i obviously made up the speech etc

My Emperor's Champion. In particular one game against a Blood Angels player. The Champ and five of his best friends deep struck with a drop pod next to a Baal Predator, only managing a weapon destroyed with the squad melta. They lose some brothers to return fire but demolish the predator in CC. The next turn gak hits the fan as a missile devastator squad aces all of the remaining marines except the champion. Deciding this was an opportune moment to flee, he backs off into terrain, only to regroup, charge and brutalize the devastators. As if that's not enough, he then consolidates next to another Baal pred, survives a round of it blasting him and then proceeds to destroy that TOO.

While all this was going on, the Sanguinor, a furioso and more assault marines than there's lakes in Finland smashed into my lines, wiping out pretty much everything. In the end, all I had alive was the Emperor's Champion and his Drop Pod. Oh well, at least SOMEONE did his job...

This was the best freaking Thread i ever posted. All these models and stories are Really awesome you guys! I especially love hearing the cron Stories on here!

My Apocalypse Linebreaker squadron...
Their kill-count comprises mainly of Super Heavies and a stupid amount of DE and Necrons.

Rodriguez. He used to be a standard CSM who chilled at the back of the formation. Second game i played that whole unit was wiped out except for one and i decided to just kill the people who were actually important. The little guy was one of my most subtle guys and he only had a standard helmet and bolter. I just ran at my friends tau and smashed a few fire warriors' faces in before they killed him 2 turns later. since then i put him in the front of the formation, gave him a face mask from my defiler, converted him to a chosen CSM, gave him wings(no actual bonus but i don't care cuz he looks sick), and gave him a lascannon from the defiler which he holds with one hand! he is by far my fav model and i have devoted way too much time to him
