Back when the new beastmen book came out; I had a trade up on bartertown going to a beast army. Mostly all Chariots, the deal fell threw due to his lack of response.
So I wrote out a list though to get my ideas going. This was the list I had going, All chariot list.

I spoke to a couple of friends on this list. It has the potential of overrunning someone, or get destroyed. There is no middle game to this list. I either play for the Win or lose horribly. I want to do this list, But if I am doing to many chariots let me know, or if I should increase the chariots. Its a total of 14 chariots...does it need moar? C&C is welcome and will be accepted…

I do think this is a really neat list, and it would look cool, however the scariest part is you'll either have everything go your way, or crash and burn. I think the Wargors will help the tuskgor chariots with leadership checks, and the harpies will pick off a few pesky warmachines, but you really have to be hoping for a clear battlefield.

This is cool, it really is, but I don't think it's for anything other than friendly games. Having a wall of chariots charging at you is a pretty fierce sight..I think mentally you will really get to your opponents, and on that charge those damn dirty elves will get crushed, but...
this is a hard one to really express in on the computer. Dive in or Die, I guess sums it up.

i really just wanna say screw the ungors and Put moar chariots....i can fit another 2 chariots and upgrage one of the Wargors chariots to a Razorgor chariot....im not really looking to take this to a gt...just to get to play something fun.

I hope you've got some great conversion ideas, or else that list is going to make you sell your car.

ive actually did the numbers...i rather convert out most the stuff...use plastics where i can....The only metal models i am committing to use for this list maybe is Malagor for the Great Bray and Razorgors...unless i can figure out something else to use...

I don't think it's going to work.
You've got a frontage issue. Even if you make all the charge rolls with nobody coming up short, you're still stuck at ~4 chariots per block. You'll do ton of damage on the charge, but you won't be breaking stead fast, and that 2nd round of combat will result in chariots breaking from static combat res.

On the plus side, the bulk of your army is going to frustrate anyone who's banking on dwellers.

You'll need a solution for killing blow. It's pretty common and would be utterly devastating for you.

Killing blow will only work on the characters, I wouldn't worry too much about that.
Stead fast is his problem.

Beastmen chariot spam is Really scary at low point levels, imho. I faced it at 1k and it gave me all kinds or problems (although I did manage to pull out a win in a rematch, thanks to some luck).

However, at this point level I'm not sure you're going to be able to do enough damage to overcome the blocks you'll be facing. I have not personally seen it in action at 2.5k, but that would be my concern.

it could work if you concentrate on a small portion of the enemy army at once.

get ahead in VPs and then run around in circles avoiding the enemy.

Chariots can't march though, so their running ability is strangely limited (I don't get the no march, but swift stride thing).

I think frontage will be an issue, with 14 2" models being tough to fit on the table. 3" per model to make up the 1" gap, and you have a 42" wide army, less if you double stack them, which might be the way to do it, sort of a -_-_-_- formation. That might help you suffer a little less from maneuvering issues, and the second rank can either charge with the front rank (moving within 1" in the process) or be ready for a follow up charge if your chariots fail to break the enemy on the first go (and survive the next round of combat.)

Would be neat to see a battle report with the army certainly!

I was going to say the same thing. Chariots aren't running in circles avoiding anybody... 7" a turn! Even dwarves can outpace them

i think war machines and ranged units are going to eat them alive, especially ranged fast cavalry
also steam tanks will crush chariots doing impact hits back to every chariot that impacts into it

axes of Khorgor are a waste on out Wargors. if you have primal fury, you're getting re-rolls to hit anyway.
