I started this army when the new BA Codex came out but after the summer of 2010 I took a break from them and started a new project which is near completion but I decided to resurrect this army in the process.

The Angels Encarmine are a dying successor chapter of the Blood Angels, more so than their regular successor chapter. What caught my eye wasnt their fluff but their scheme for their elite portion of their army which I applied as the overall theme. Here it is:

Oh I am painting all the Sanguinary Guards in Gold so people can tell those arent Assault Marines.

I was too busy looking at the Sang Guard armor to have my brain process they were assault marines

I'm working on sang guard myself. Other than the wings (God they were a hassle) I think they are some of the best looking marines out there atm.
Judging by the amounts of their torso's in your army, I assume you think so too.
