Utilizing Careful Highlighting

Hey all found this in a bits box a few weeks ago so I had a few hours free today over lunch so decided to paint him up .
Realy tempted to do a whole squad of them now he was so much fun to paint !
You will notice he hasn't got the right mk of backpack as I didn't have one but I did find a almost as old one for him .
So let me know what you all think ...

He looks pretty ace! I like the spot colors you used all around the mini. They look good without distracting from the CF color scheme. Now you just need to work on that base.

Nice. Your pait job really reminds me of these minis back in the day when they were new. The helmet strip and the red hands really do it for me.

'Don't wanna feel your monkey wrench, Don't wanna squeeze your monkey wrench'..... Nice plumber marine. I actually really like the gloss on him, and love the vibrancy of your colours.... Would love to see a load of your RT minis painted to a similar standard.

Brilliant. I've got a soft spot for those Marines as they've got unarmoured hands and big comedy tools.
Nice clean job, especially with the helmet stripe.

thanks guys ive realy got to get a better camera as the pics dont realy show the blending and also its not as shiny as it looks in the pics ..im on the look out for more and will post them as i find them..
