I went back to the drawing board and came up with this.
Still have some minor stuff to do on him put about 95% done.
Yup, there are termy parts in there but I feel the termy got lost.
Oh well. What yall think.

That's much better. His powerfist arm looks a little weedy, but this is a pretty solid conversion.

I like it, definitly orky. Maybe do some battle damage on the crux terminatus as well as painting over with an orky symbol? Just to give it a battle damaged/ not maintained equipment look.

I agree with everything said here. I think it's just a matter of the fist being mounted too far forward on his arm.

Much better... That is much closer to how I ended up doing mine, but the Human powerfist didn't cut it for me.
Here is what I did with mine:

I agree about the power fist. My main issue was trying to keep as much of the termy intact as I could.
I am tempted to change it though.

Yeah, I kept the backpack, the shoulderpads and the shins (you can cut the termie armor off above the knees and then the ork legs below the knees and they can wear the termie legs like boots and still keep the ork 'legs' look.)
One hand holding the TL shoota was a Black orc armored hand, the other is a terminator PF into a claw.
All that is left is use ork shoulderpads as a torso girdle much how you did it and you are good to go. Having the boots, shoulders and backpack go a long way to keeping the style.
Here is a WIP:
You can see the feet are the toes off an ork boot on a terminator shin connected to ork legs. It takes a bit to make it look right.

I think you've conserved all of the best elements of the Terminator look; the plasticard work on the legs is especially brilliant.

Here is Mega Armour Nob 2 redone.
I am liking these way better but I am still a bit sad at how most of the termy stuff is going bye-bye.
Still have little things like some rivets and such to do but No 1 and No 2 are about 98% done.
