Hi, well some of you may have followed (or may continue to) my True Scale blog featuring my idea for my home brew chapter - The Angels Exemplar. This is the first time i have really put together a proper list, so any C&C is welcome.

Hmmm...

Sanguinor isn't that good. Just a over priced melee unit, you can get much better choices for HQ slots.

Tacticals meh, go Assault Marines.

Scouts are ok for objective camping in a close combat they won't last long.

Storm Raven is going to be a big target carrying I guess a unit inside and a Dreadnought, expensive one too. I would drop it and get more troops for a start as you need some of them and work on getting more Dreadnoughts for armour saturation, then consider how those Tacticals are actually going to help your army.

Perhaps a Capitan with 50-75 (150-175 total) points of gear, maybe Termi arnour? I think ill keep the tac squad and Storm Raven (as iv already done a lot of work on them)

What bout dropping the scouts altogether? Using the extra points on a assault squad?

If anyone has a 1500 point BA list thy would like to share, feel free.

for the points your are playing I think you have too few targets. I like the Sanguinator but you could take someone cheeper, and I'd recommed an Independant character so you can give him a squad to back him up.

Stormraven can be good as a transport for death company and a dreadnaught, but you can then save the points on their jump packs and use those somewhere else, maybe to turn the scout squad into a better marine squad, soemthing with BS 4 and the 3+ save. Not hating on your scouts though. Just feel like they may be a vounerable spot with so few troops.

Otherwise very cool. I like vehicle heavy BA. Play test and flesh the list out to be the best it cam be.

Try a librarian as hq with 10 man assault squad pf and meltas in sr with a furioso with blood talons works really well oh and a priest in there to make it fun

The Death Company Dread does what the regular Furioso does, but better when in the Stormraven.

The Heavy Bolter from the Tac Squad is now in the Scout Squad. Sniper Rifles are free if you want them. Camo Cloaks give a 3+ cover save for camping objectives. The points for a 10 man squad weren't there.
