This is a toughie, but I gotta say Sliscus is the baddest because 1) He is an iconoclast even among the Dark Eldar and possibly one of the biggest threats to Vect's rule, and 2) He is beast on the table, able to beef up your entire list. The only thing bad about him is that he is significantly wussier than a normal Archon, but his special rules and equipment more than make up for it.

In third edition she even gave a bonus to drugs for her and her retinue, so fluffwise it is just stupid she now doesn't.

I'd say The Baron followed by The Duke. Vect is nice but too expensive IMO. Malys is decent, the rest I would pass on, though Lelith might be at the top of the bottom. The Decapitator is the worst though, fo sho.

There are certain things were i completely have to bow to a superior mind; i will agree blindly with anything Dashofpepper says about dark eldar. He knows his stuff.
I am sure he is a terrible human being but he knows about dark eldar.
