Let me start by saying a few things. First, I am not doing a flavor of the month tournament army where I pile my units into transports and load up on long fangs. This is the army I have with my current models, and while I do plan on making some additions I am not going out and buying 5 tanks for transport. Also, any advice on taking down a rather well built Eldar army would be appreciated. As far as I recall he uses 2 wave serpents as transport for a dread reaper and fire dragon squad. He uses eldrad ulthwe? and like 10 warlock bodyguards, with I think 20 ranger pathfinders, then he has striking scorpions and dire avengers, and i think another farseer as well. That is all I remember. Onto my army...

I would consider changing both dreads to Las/missile combo. If you are not willing to get transports, destroying transports should be your top priority. Also, the 2HB and 2LC for long fangs isnt very effective.

Thanks. Just curious why are they ineffective. It would seem good considering the hb can target troop units while the lc take on heavy stuff like transports and wraithlord, ect.

San Diego

Your Wolf Guard model with Mark of the Wulfen cannot use the Frost Blade you bought for him. Models with Mark of the Wulfen cannot use any special weapons besides teeth and claws. All of their attacks are replaced by D6+1 rending attacks using their base profile.

Aside from that, there isn't a whole lot that I can say here beyond what you have already addressed and said you would not change. Your list is immobile, vulnerable to ordnance fire, and lacks any semblance of ranged firepower. You have 3 Lascannons and a Missile Launcher in the list, and besides the two Heavy Bolters and Living Lightning, those are the only weapons capable of firing greater than 24". If you are going to sit and shoot, you need to be able to shoot, which means taking more Long Fangs, Wolf Guard with CML's, Land Speeders with Typhoon Launchers, and Dreadnoughts either with Lascannon/Missile Launcher, or 2x TL Autocannons. Without those weapons, your all infantry list will be stuck in your deployment zone with nothing to scratch your opponents forces once he takes out your Dreadnoughts and your Long Fangs.

I'm sorry, but an Eldar player will fly circles around your current list, especially if he has decent ranged firepower.
