Here's my Grey Knight list. It isn't designed to be competative or to follow a specific theme. It's designed to have me purchase the fewest GK models possible. I only need two boxes of GK Terminators, one box of GK Power Armor, and the Codex of course. I already have the rest built or on sprue and need only put GK symbols on them. Unless I miscounted somewhere, I should have three extra Terminators which will allow me to trade one for GKPA and toss them into my Deathwatch. I've pre-ordered the Termies, GKPA, and a Dread Knight from GalaxyGobbo but haven't decided if I want to make the Dread Knight and use it or convert it to a Knight Titan. I'm leaning toward the Titan because that'll look a hell of a lot cooler than the Dread Knight (I hope).

375 Grand Master (Level 2, Terminator) - Psycannon, Daemonhammer, Servo-skulls (x3), Blind Grenades, Meltabomb, Digital Weapon, Empyrean Brain Mines, Rad Grenades, Orbital Strike Relay

330 Librarian (Level 3, Terminator) - Nemesis Warding Stave, Psybolt Ammunition, Digital Weapon, Empyrean Brain Mines, Teleport Homer, Servo-skulls, Smite, Quicksilver, The Shroud, Mind Blades, Sanctuary, Warp Rift, Might of Titan, The Summoning, Vortex of Doom

221 Venerable Dreadnought - Assault Cannon, Searchlight, Psybolt Ammunition, Warp Stabilisation Field, Truesilver Armor, Extra Armor

255 Purifier Squad (Sanguinary x5) - Incinerator, Psycannon, Nemisis Falchions (x3), Digital Weapon (Knight of Flame)
Dedicated Transport (Rhino) - Searchlight, Dozer Blade, Psybolt Ammunition, Warp Stabilisation Field, Pintle-mounted Stor Bolter, Hunter-killer missile, Truesilver Armor, Extra Armor

275 Grey Knights Terminator Squad (Terminator x5) - Psycannon, Nemesis Force Halberd x2, Nemesis Doom Hammer - x2, Brotherhood Banner, Psybolt Ammunition

200 Grey Knights Strike Squad (Power Armor x5) - Psycannon, Nemisis Falchions x4, Psybolt Ammunition, Personal Teleporters

306 Stormraven Gunship - Typhoon Missile Launcher, Twin-linked Lascannons, Hurricane Bolters, Searchlight, Warp Stabilisation Field, Truesilver Armor, Teleporter Homer, Extra Armor

281 Stormraven Gunship - Twin-linked multi-melta, Twin-linked plasma cannon, Hurricane Bolters, Searchlight, Warp Stabilisation Field, Truesilver Armor, Teleporter Homer, Extra Armor

Yes, the list is well over 2k but everything is kitted out to the max and I can always drop stuff to hit lower points limits. So, what do you think? Am I missing anything important on this list? I didn't include Land Raiders or regular Dreadnaughts since I don't think they're really necessary but I have the models so I can always bring them in later. How badly can I expect to be spanked? Is there a better way I should kit out my Stormravens?

Way too many upgrades. You'll find that you'll do better with less upgrades and more units/models.

The Polito form is dead, insect. Are you afraid? What is it you fear? The end of your trivial existence?

Take all the add ons for everything and make them cheap, add more troops and remove those stormravens, with them being the only armour you'll lose them turn 1 or 2

Unfortunately, more infantry is not an option. I've spent waaaay too much money on my Dark Eldar already. OMG the money I've spent on DE. :/

I'll take some time and rework this into something that isn't so... arbitrary later on. I guess I should probably try to make actual lists for 1500 and 2000 points instead of what's up top. Now that I look at it again it really doesn't feel like an actual army list as much as "This is what I've got. Wheeee!" spam. Sorry about that.

At least solve the stormraven problem, trust me after playing blood angels i've noticed they don't last very long even when i'm using 3

Get Draigo and go with Paladins if you want a small army "cheap" army.

Take the Magic: The Gathering 'What Color Are You?' Quiz.

Yes my Colour is Black but not for the reasons stated mainly just because it's slimming... http://imperiusdominatus.blogspot.com
