Did GW just forget a sprue or do they purposefully leave out the necessary number of arms so that I am forced to buy two boxes? I will end up buying two anyways but just the fact that they did it pisses me off. I only got 8 arms in the shield position and 12 shields.

Assume that they expect you to have units of ten with standard and musician?

not sure why 12 shields if there are ten orcs in a box. Unless they be different designs.
How will buying two boxes make it any better for you?

The other gakky thing is there used to be 20 orc boyz in a box for the same price! Nice one GW more incentive to go Mantic!

I have the same problem with hotdogs and buns.

I clipped the arms with extra hand weapons for shield arms.

UltraPrime's solution should do the trick. Unless it's an individual model entered in to a painting competition, its likely no one would ever notice...

It's a conspiracy. Or I guess a bun is okay, but you could always use another hotdog.

But anyway, as long as 50.1 percent of the unit has the right equipment, it's a legal unit. 8 out of 10 ain't bad.

It's GW's hint that 2 weapons are better than 1 shield.
