hi im not shure if this is the right place to put this so sorry if it isnt
anyway im kit bashing a tech marine from my bits box but i just realized that i have no servo arm any ideas of how to make one (i have no gs exp and im not shur were to by plastic card  )

You could use this part:

Slice the little bit sticking out and attach it to a normal backpack, maybe the one with the vent.
That's what I did anyway...

That's be my suggestion.
Devastator missile launcher pack with integrated loader arm.
Otherwise, the Chronus blister would be good (it is metal, though, which usually puts people off).
Comes with a small servo arm pack.
