Went fro Badruk but it was a tossup between him and wazzdakka.
Tuska is also a baddass.

But what about others, such as Buzzgob, Grahkagh, Skalk Bluetoof or Zhadsnark Da Rippa (from IA 8), or Nazdreg Ug Urdgrub (from the 3rd ed codex).

Grimgor carved his way through an army to wail on Archaon and then when he had him on his knees he walked away 'cause he knew that the 'Lord of the End of Times' couldn't touch him. He rules! In 40k I'd go with Zagstruk 'cause he's got his own plane.

Wazdakka is the Orkish equivalent of Doomrider. Plus, he's the only one on that list I think to have a solo titan kill, and the only character I've EVER heard of with a solo titan kill.

On your list I went with Ol Zogwort. I just love his story and his rules are pretty cool too.

However, the coolest ork is the Badmoons warboss Nasdreg. In the older codex he had some awesome rules and stats. He also allowed a single unit (any unit) to either Deep strike or infiltrate as part of his kunnin plans. It was an awesome option in a codex where DS did not exist and infiltration was only available to kommandos.

How has no one mentioned Grotsnik yet? He blew apart the leadership of his entire village, and operates without a functioning brain! Sure, taking out titans is very scary and all. But there is nothing going on in Grotsnik's skull but some old Gretchin vomit, some very poor wiring, and a nest of spiders. Yet he is the best Ork surgeon ever!

Badrukk. He had too many teef! Besides, the part with "Badly wounded, and almost out of cigars, Badrukk was forced to retreat" for some reason stands out to me in the Codex with the most epic fluff in the entire game, involving such things as meganobz falling down a spiral staircase and being permanently wired to a death-machine.
