WOW, that's a nice Warboss. It may be a personal taste, but I always like to see a little color on the Bosses just to make them stand out a little more from the Nobz and Boyz. Looks phenominal, regardless. The leather practically looks real.

He's very nice. Bright, bold, and eye-catching.
I have one suggestion, if you have the new GW washes. A Gryphonne Sepia wash over white teeth looks really good. It gives them a slightly more organic look. I wouldn't do it on the teef on his belt, as those have had the time to dry out, but the teef in his mouth? They'd be all covered with plaque and gunk. It looks surprisingly good for very little effort.
