So I just got my hands on WD 368 and I've been browsing other CD apoc stuff and frankly, I'm a bit unimpressed.

The Brotherhood of Blood: So I can deepstrike Khorne stuff and not scatter? Woo hoo! I mean Khorne units have the best armour evar, and love to sit doing nothing taking Strength D templates to the face.....

The Changeling's Grand Dissimulation: Is this formation for the lulz only? or is it to block enemy movements since they cannot dislodge them in any way? (I guess tank shocking would still work). Still way too many points for a unit that is going to get bbqpwned turn 2.

Outriders of the Brazen Host: Pretty much outflanking Khorne/Slaneesh? Yes please! And for only a 1/4 of the price of the council?

Fateweaver's Council of Despair: This is only really worth it if your opponent is running like 2+ Disruptor Beacons. Half the fun of Daemons is DSing. Its abilities are meh and it's overcosted.

Any suggestions for cool/fun CD stuff for apoc would be greatly appreciated!

Hmmmm, at least the majority of them can assault the turn they DS. I do have 4 already... Tempting but not that tempting

I've looked at all the IAA, IAA2, and AR ones as well and there's nothing that really sticks out as being worth the points.
