Subject: Please help with Battle Foam Order. What to do?

I placed an order for battle foam 2 black fridays ago taking advantage of their deal in 2009 with order #625774. I sent them my order with my army list as instructed. They bill my credit card. Come January 2010 I get a call from them while I'm on the ski slope saying that the army list isn't good enough that I need to give them traces of my models. I do trace my models as instructed and fax it in.
I sort of forget about expecting to see it in about 4-6 months which was the turn around time for battle foam from friends who have ordered.
Its now summer and I actually playing 40k again and I send them an email to inquire but get no response. I call them and they say to send an email with the tray creator specs so I fiddle with that and email them the custom tray creator specifications.
Come black friday 2010 my friend Andrew targetawg here orders battle foam and he gets his in a month. So again I email them no response. Again I call and finally get the nice lady who says to email so I do email with the following load out mirroring my friends with 1 customization to fit all my manticores and hydras thinkinng I would get it faster with only 1 minor customization.
# Tray
1 2 VALKYRIE FOAM TRAY (IG07BF-4) #BF-BF2V 1
1 VALKYRIE 2 TANK 4 HEAVY WEAPON FOAM TRAY (IG05BF-4) #BF-BF1V2T4HW
1 6 IMPERIAL GUARD TANK FOAM TRAY (BF-3) #BF-BF6T
1 6 IMPERIAL GUARD TANK FOAM TRAY (BF-3) #BF-BF6T ( make this one 4.25 inches tall instead of the normal 3.25)
1 60 LARGE MODEL FOAM TRAY (BF-1) #BF-BF60LM Size - 1.5 INCH THICK
2 IMPERIAL GUARD TROOP FOAM TRAY (BF-1) #BF-BFIGT Size - 1.5 INCH THICK
1 40 Heavy Weapons Teams Foam Tray (IG02BF-3) Size - 1.5 INCH THICK
Emailed again after Conflict GT and again after SVDM.
I been using my gmail and aol addresses for email contact and not sure if I getting put in spam for using freemail. I am not getting email bounces.
I'll be honest I should have been more aggressive and call more but being really busy at work and their line either being busy or me leaving a message at lunch. If I do get someone they say to send an email I usually don't get a reply to. I didn't really want to post here and have everyone see either till my friends told me to just make a post about it and all would be resolved so here I am doing that.
The people I have spoken with at battle foam have been pretty nice and they make a nice product as I seen my friends foam. I just want my foam or my money back. I been carrying my army in left over GW boxes and a GW case since 2009.
So what should I do at this point?

Strange. I've never had any problems with BF's communication, and their customer service (from my experience) has been absolutely fantastic. I ran over my BF X-board with my car once, and they sent me the one replacement piece I needed to salvage it. First, I'd suggest PM'ing user Battlefoam here on Dakka. Second, I'd suggest sending an email from the email associated with the original order, containing the above summary. (Side note: don't change email addresses in the middle of any business transaction; many companies use those as identifiers.)

Yeah, from what I understand they are swamped with Adepticon and all right now, might have to throw a little more effort into it on account of that. But that's really just thirdhand speculation.

Vincent,
Send me the post you just made, your telephone number, email, and shipping info, also the amount and date that was charged to your card. My email is MikenJudyc@aol.com
I talk to the Romeo or Kyle at Battlefoam about once a week, and can pass on some information and see if I can untangle things for you.

It's been two years now. Honestly, I'd contact your credit card company and have them get your money back for you, then find another army transport company that doesn't give you that much hassle. There's absolutely no excuse for that long of a delay, especially when they billed your card a long time ago and you never received the product you paid for.

My own experience with BF took longer than I thought it would, although I admit that I did have 7 pages of traces. BF didn't go out of their way to contact me when they ran into problems with my order. However, their customer service department got on top of things once I started calling them to figure out what was happening.
It seems that there is a disconnect between the CS logs and the production logs that can cause some discrepencies to occur. Definitely make sure that if you change contact information that the CS department knows and records it on your file.

What harm can it do to find out? It's a question that left bruises down the centuries, even more than "It can't hurt if I only take one" and "It's all right if you only do it standing up." Terry Pratchett, Making Money
"Can a magician kill a man by magic?" Lord Wellington asked Strange. Strange frowned. He seemed to dislike the question. "I suppose a magician might," he admitted, "but a gentleman never could." Susanna Clarke Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell

After two years, your CC company isn't going to do diddle for you.
@OP
I'd take up Mike on his generous offer, now taht he's made it. Otherwise, I'd have PMed Romeo here on Dakka, directly.

I think your stuff should be shipping out today.
Note: No credit to me, I had nothing to do with it, just asked about it while going over my own order

Times change. 3 years ago Romeo and I argued a bunch on the phone, and I sold a ton of Sabol.
Now I've got about 4000.00 of Battlefoam coming in next week for our 4th restock of bags that just keep selling out.
And Sabol is selling their bags on their website for less than I can buy them for wholesale, I'm selling a lot less of their bags, and cutting my inventory to make room for Battlefoam bags.

Thanks.
I just kind of did that on the spot and, if I'd had more time, I'd have just done the whole song. It kind of flowed naturally.
Thanks to Worglock for the inspiration.

I seem to recall you were relatively vocal about your dissatisfaction, too. Something about the inability for a shop to order custom foam, IIRC?

Ok I had similar Army and asked them to fit as much of it in a PACK MAX that I got during the 2010 black Friday sale. Only condition was to have it to me before Adepticon ( I've ordered several custom trays before so I was well prepared to wait a long time.)
I just got the bag like 2 weeks ago (ordered in November).
They don't have traces for the Manticore ( standard kit at this point for almost 1 yr)... or the Hydra, and don't know the heights either.
I had to email them the to tell them the heights I got from friends that had them built already and basically tell them use the cut out from the Chimeara since they don't have the cuts standard for either. This took 3-4 calls to get sorted out and several emails.
One time I emailed them asked them to get the email and read it back to me while I was on the phone... That finally worked.
They make a very good product ( that is why I have gone back to them on several occasions), just wish the communications were better.
