Dash is already working on me over the Baron and his viability with Beastmasters, so I might make a change there, but I'd love to hear any other input.

Very happy to know this is helping everyone. I won't say that "if it helps one person it was worth it" thing because...naaah. But probably if I get around 20 or so I'll be pretty contented

Was a good read Thor, all in all I agree with you on just about everything. Only a couple things that differed were the semi vs non competitive on a couple entries but I can see how that differs mainly due to Meta in mind, and playstyles.

I think with this I'll have some fairly good success soon as I get them build and primed

I'm glad it helped.

I stand by most of my calls as being meta free, insomuch as regardless of local meta lists made featuring the competitive stuff will fare better than ones without (he said smugly, having listed both Troop options as competitive...)

If you have some calls you disagree on feel free to post here or drop me a PM - I'm always happy to consider an alternate take. Lord knows I've shifted around a few of the rankings since my initial draft.

Hi Thor, I'm starting out with DE and have been using your Tactica for my army list however there appears to be no info on Tactica Part 4, just some message that says

Erm... umm..... ah...

Just wanted to ask what was going on with the article since the rest of the tactica's been very useful.

Basically I haven't written it yet, because I'm lazy.

Someone else made that entry to...I dunno, guilt me into doing it quicker? Thankfully I'm immune to guilt because I'm *really* full of myself

So, yeah, there is no Part 4 yet, and I've been saying for months I'll get to it, but I've been really derpy about actually doing so, sorry.

As a potential consolation prize, when you make up your list, feel free to post it up in Army Lists and/or PM me - I'll be happy to give it a once over. That's kind of like having your own personal interactive DE tactica...except usually with more inappropriate language and jokes.
