Well here is one list that preforms exceptionally well. While both lists may not be the uber best here is many and I kick A#$ with it.

Dante and HG tank hunt, Dante putting them right where they need to be. Dante also debuffs an enemy IC, gives his squad Hit and Run, and forces a morale check when his unit assaults another unit, and if that unit fails they are reduces to WS1 for that assault phase.

Use the Vanguard to HI and tie up shooty units, and yeah its pretty solid and balanced. Thats the best i got

Doa list are pretty effective too just as long as you have a bit of luck and know what your doing.
Ps the razor spam list not something you want to use in a friendly game just throwing that out there.
