Here's the skinny..
After several attempts and a few playtests I've written something else that requires all of your thoughts before I go out and spend on the models!
Here goes..

Librarian - Blood Lance - Shield - Jump Pack
3x Priests - Jump Packs - 2 P/W (I know.. I know.. but I'm keeping the p/ws.)
2x 5 Assault Termies - 3 TH/SS per squad
3x Assault squad - 2x melta + 1 infernus in each - 2 p/w 1 fist
VV unit - Thunder Hammer - 2 p/w

I havn't playtested this yet - I have been testing the same list but with honour guard w/4 meltas instead of one ass termie squads.
The honour guard are nice but the chapter banner always went to waste and they die pretty fast in comparison to termies.

Unleash the comments please!

Not pure DoA.

As for PW's on priests, I'm a fan of them. I have had great success and with them, you just have to be careful where you place them in assault (try to not be engaged with the fist).

true - not pure DOA - lets call it pure deep strike! yeah in every playtest so far the priests with power weapons have more than made up their worth if I'm careful. So worth the risk..

There's a few changes i would make to this list, you'll find you'll have a few issues dealing with MC's

Drop Inf pistols, 2 Meltaguns should be fine per squad.
2 Priests /w an honor guard should be more then enough coverage, i'd drop a priest, keep the PW"s imo, i've always found success with the WS5
Drop a termy squad, or both, and kite out the VV squad with some Storm Shields, this will give you the hard hitting mobility and endurance you need with them.
I personallly vouch for the 4x Meltagun honor guard, its a preist bubble with some bang, i usually put 2 storm shields on the unit too, granted it makes them more expensive, but gives them more durability.

Good luck, and if you run across an IG player with an astropath or master of the fleet? i forget, well, have fun slamming your genitalia into a car door, cause playing against them feels like that.

There is no such thing as innocence, only degrees of guilt.

DoA units and Termies lack synergy.
While DoA units get a boost when coming from reserve, Termies do not get it.
Therefore I'd replace the Termies by Vanguard Vets or Sanguine Guard.
