Sweet Jesus, Nurgle and Slaanesh in the same box!?
No, just Nurgle and Slaanesh, Jesus will be sold seperately in a blister.

this! Greatly this, I think the champion is a little OP, maybe just give him another attack or wound.
I may just not be looking hard enough, but I don't think you have put the points for the normal cultists

I was thinking that the Aspiring champion was a Chaos Marine with an extra attack.

ah, I thought he was supposed to be a cultist, I don't think a marine would lead a squad of cultists fluffwise, and I think 25p is a bit much to pay for a squad leader.

That looks much better, I would give him an extra wound too, he is another 10pt after all.

I saw a guys ideas for cultists awhile ago, and instead of lasguns, to represnt the cultists wielding whatever guns they could get their hands on, they were equipted with "firearms."

range 18", str 4, ap 6, assault 1.

Autoguns might be better... (same profile as lasguns, but cooler)

Drop the base cost to 50 (like an IG infantry squad), change the comp to 10-50, pick lasgun OR laspistol and CCW, "aspiring champ" should be a "Cult Leader" to avoid confusion with CSM, 1 for every 5 should be able to take a special weapon (grenade, flamer, melta, plasma), two may form a weapon team with a mortar (free), heavy bolter (5), autocannon (10), missile launcher (10), or lascannon(20). The squad can be equipped with frag grenades for +10. The Cult Leader may be equipped with melta bombs (+5) can swap CCW or laspistol for Bolt Pistol (+2), Plasma Pistol (+5) Power Weapon (+10). May upgrade the Cult Leader to an Aspiring Champion for +25 who can upgrade like a CSM Aspiring Champ.

The squad can take a dedicated transport (Rhino) at normal cost.

Basically, they should have to pick their role (lasguns or pistol/ccw). Also, the heavy weapons cost are based on the fact that the HB is overpriced compared to an AC and Plasma Pistols are way overpriced compared to utility and the risk of offing the squad's leadership.
