3 HG in each brood seems a bit excessive - that's a lot of redundacy you're building into the list.

Also, what's the load out on the fexes?

Looks pretty much like my list, not sure on the Biovores they're only good for killing Guardsmen!

I've been messing around a bit with biovores to fill up my last HS slot, and they aren't bad for the points. Against GEQ, they can be nasty in removing bubblewraps for your main force, and for splatting squads once you've popped thier transports. Against MEQ they are lackluster, but still not bad for as cheap as they are. It just depends on how well they mesh with your list and what your local meta looks like.

Since you already know that you would be going againt foot list, I probably would drop some of the hive guards in order to buff up your army somewhat. Give your tyrant either Armoured shell (2+) or another tyrant guard. Give you tyrant guards lash whips (it is a necessity against the new grey knights)!!!

Also, consider giving your ninjafexes frag spines. This way, when they charge, they will be striking at I4 instead of being senselessly slaughtered by grey knight force weapons.
