As I go down to my FLGS and peruse the new Grey Knight Codex, I realise that every grey knight unit has access to one or more psychic ability. Now I know fluff wise, GK are all psyker marines but any entire army of psykers is pretty scare stuff. I begin to wonder what other codices can field 60 percent or more units that are psykers. Or what other codices has more then 2 units that are able to create a psychic defence to deter these psychic powers?

Before people say that Eldar was/is the psyker army of 40K, if you look through the codex not every unit can have a psyker in it. Also psychic defence seems to far and few or none at all (I am looking at you Ork, Tau and Dark Eldar ) in other codicies. My question then is with the lack of hoods, shadow of the warp or psychic defence how does one negate or at least limit an all psyker army?

Shoot them.
More realistically just bear it and kill them at the earliest opportunity.

It will depend heavily upon what your fighting with GK. Space wolves with their stupid easy psychic defense are gonna give GK trouble, acting stupid around units with shadow of the warp will do the same, anything with a psychic hood can cause trouble and eldar won't do too much with their 3d6 thing really, on average.

So that leaves anything that's not bloody space marines, nids or eldar to get rolled on the table by psychic powers?

Lets see that's CSM, tau, nercons, DE, demons? (wait they get rolled already) guard (if you can actually live past all those templates) and orks.

In short, you don't try to limit the enemy psykers, you just try to kill them. It's all you can do.
