Has anyone had any experience ordering from Hotz ArtWorks?

I ordered two mats from them a few weeks back (late February) - paid them about $100 via Paypal. Since then, I have heard nothing. I've emailed them three times, and have heard nothing back. I've even checked my spam folders - nothing.

Anyone else running into problems with them? Should I try and get a Paypal refund? Any thoughts?

I have ordered before from them. Took its time because all mats are custom made to order in a garage, more time for the more detailed ones like moonscape. While they could check their email more often, I am still happy with what I got.

All is good - just heard from them. My orders were special, custom orders, so took a little longer than what is quoted on website. Shipping Monday - I can't wait. Mez
