They look like they could swivel 360, but for the sake of balance they might be 180 or 45, any ideas? Also, for Raider's the second splinter cannon is placed where? and same question, how far can it swivel? ?

They are on pivots, not hullmounted, so 45 is unlikely
I'd personally put them as 180, because 360 would have them shooting through their own aethersail and similar..

the codex dosent say, and neither the FAQ or the inat have an answer, so i would default to the model. wich, the turret (without being glued in place) can swivel 180 without bumping or having the gun hit the actual vehicle, so i would treat the side weapons as sponsons, and the from weapon as 180 from the front.

They can fire in any direction the weapons can actually point, as they are turret weapons.
Never mind that sponsons can generally fire more than 180 degrees anyway...

Side cannons can fire more like 220ish degrees.
