Congrats on the 100th i look forward to the next 100 and then the 100 after that  im jw how many comics do you have ready to go up is it literaly just as you need them you make 1 or do you have a few ready at any 1 time ?

I always have about 10-20 ideas written down in a little book I always carry with me. If I suddenly get an idea, I write it down. When it's time for a new comic, I work my way through the book, starting with the oldest idea.
