In 11th they'll have a legends listing
In 12th that listing won't be updated - a few models will randomly vanish from it
In 13th there will be 3 waves of removals with the last being final as there's nothing left.

Old git edition: you can’t use models older then you are, but anything released after you were born is fair game.

Which I’ve done a version of. When my son was playing, but borrowing from my collection to make lists, one game I gave him free pics from the new stuff, but only used models older then him myself. Was a fun way to divy up the collection.

In 10 years we will look back on XIth fondly.

Chaos Marines minis range to be replaced with a selection of $50 US "conversion kits", each of which turns 5 Primaris models into their Chaos equivalents. To support this all Chaos models to be armed with completely new weapons, to discourage using older minis.
